My name is Julie and I started as a mobile personal training business but realized my clients tendered to be a lot more distracted and interrupted at their homes.
I now have a training facility at Kemps creek to take your fitness to the next level.. Training is more convenient, motivating and comfortable for my clients at my private gym.
I also offer Personal training and group training at my Kemps Creek training facility. Indoor/outdoor training.
I am a positive person and will always be there for my appointment with you on time (unless previously arranged).
I have a wide variety of equipment and training methods to suit everyone.
I coach 6 days per week and hours are varied to suit my clients.
