FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

 

Q. Will I have someone dressed in commando clothing yelling and screaming at me?

A. Not at all! However, I will push you when you need it.

 

Q. Do I have to be fit at all to start training?

A. I am very happy to work with anyone at any fitness level. ie: Total beginners to highly advanced.

 

Q. What if I have health issues or injuries?

A. It doesnt matter what the issue is, there will be a way to work around it. I thouroughly research all conditions and health issues that I dont already know about. So no need to put off exercise, in alot of cases it will improve and sometimes completely eliminate some health problems.

 

Q. Why do you have women only boxing classes?

A. Alot of women prefer the privacy from men. It takes away any embarrassment or shyness out of the equasion. Ladies can feel comfortable whilst training.
